Tip 30 - Governors

This is another extremely important screen that as your empire grows you will NEED to use to keep from going insane.  This page will help you manage ships and rally points on a MASSIVE scale.

You can do 3 things here. 

1.  You can change every planet building one kind of ship, to switch to another ship (someone just declared war on you and you had 8 planets building constructors.  You can have them all switch to building warships instead with just three clicks.

2.  You can change starship Rally Points.

3.  You can change Colony Rally Points.  Remember the rally point we made in the previous page?  What if we want to switch all those planet's rally points at once (say we have 15 planets making constructors and sending them to the make a massive Starbase... and they just finished.  I really don't want to go and reset all of them t once.  So I do it here.  You can also cancel all the rally points on this screen as well (by selecting None)
